The Merchant is an NPC that appears in various locations throughout the safe zones (excluding Old Runes Town) that buys items from the player. He will not buy Alchemy items/ingredients and Gears. Prices are doubled in Legendary mode.
He can be found in the Blades of the World covenant / Caldera Town / Westwood Hearts
