???, Mysterious Merchant is a merchant that can be found in Caldera Town. He spawns for the first 10 minutes every server hour.
(from XX:00 till XX:10) and then disappears, but he sells various items that you normally can't find. he doesn't spawn at 00:00-00:10 because he would insta-spawn the second you made a private server and it would allow you to farm his items
He can be found behind the potion shop, the manhole/behind merchant, or near the tree at Blacksmiths.
